The Scandi Edit: Retreat bedroom
Anyone else dreaming of a cool night’s sleep? In our Vol 10 Summer issue, we were inspired by Scandi retreats, places where you can escape and just ‘be’. But we also wanted to show how to get the Scandi summerhouse look. “At Simply Scandi, we believe that every home can have a touch of Scandi,” says Editor Jen, “and this bedroom scheme, with its natural materials and netural palette is a great way of creating the look.”

The Scandi Edit: Scandi Stripes
This week, it’s all about the Scandi stripes, with cheerful bands of colour popping up on everything from cushions to rugs, towels to candles. “Stripes are such a great way of adding pattern to a Scandi scheme,” says Editor Jen. “Keep the background light – white or natural – so they don’t overpower. It’s all about adding a ‘stripe surprise’ to a room rather than going crazy.”
